Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using QueOS (the "Service"), provided by Byte Bunny SL ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

QueOS is a cloud-based business management platform that provides point of sale, inventory management, employee management, table management, expense tracking, and reporting tools for small businesses.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and billing

QueOS is offered on a subscription basis. Prices are as listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. All fees are in euros and exclude applicable taxes (IGIC/VAT). You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to your business data. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not access your data except to provide the Service, for support purposes with your permission, or as required by law. Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: - Use the Service for any illegal purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service - Interfere with or disrupt the Service - Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service - Resell the Service without our written consent

7. Availability and support

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Support is available via email for all plans, with priority support for Business and Enterprise plans.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byte Bunny SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Canary Islands, Spain, unless EU consumer protection rules require otherwise.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
